MOUSSA BENSOUYAH: An experienced Ex-Property international investor and an over seas Landlord since 1990 and a Great loving Father, born in 1965, Algerian-Mediterranean origins, lived, studied and working in the UK since 1994.
Graduated from 2 different universities: University of laws and administrative sciences, Ben Aknoun-Algiers in 1990, and the High School of Administrative sciences - Hydra Algeria., Bachelor in Laws, accountancy skills, taxation system, real estate laws and advanced property management, worked in a law firm specialising in inheritance & family laws, Probate properties and investment strategies.
Experienced National & International Property Investor, specialised in UK, Middle East and some parts of Africa
I joined the real estate industry in Algeria in 1990, managed a few family residential and commercial properties and invested in holiday resources (RTR-Strategy) in the Middle East, Tunisia and Morocco. After the start of the civil war in Algeria in early 1990’s, the property and tourism market collapsed dramatically and that was the end of my business.
Since moved in to UK over 30 years ago, I joined many training courses in property market and business development, conservatories (Design & Sales) with Anglian Home improvements Ltd, worked in UK for 2 decades in different construction building projects during the 1990s and first decade of the new millennium (Years 2000-2008) and build a deep understanding and skillful knowledge about the property market and construction industry in UK.
Realising I had a GREAT PASSION for property business model and a knack for finding good property deals, I started the Northern property Sourcing company in February 2019, It was a huge struggle during covid pendamic and the lockdown policies in 2020-2021. But we had a plenty time to observe the property market in UK and gain indebth knowledge and expanded our network of local experts in the North of England who work alongside with us now as a trusted and reliable partners after sharing togther the difficult pendamic time and now sharing success and building wealth and strong portfolios and wealth for our investors across the North of England.
